What do I have to pay for your services?
That's the beauty, nothing at all! We offer our services for free. For this we receive a small fee from the providers. This is the same for each provider in order to guarantee independently.
Are all accommodations equally good?
We select the accommodations on an accurate basis. We know who the managers are and what the houses look like on the inside. Of course, one house has more facilities than the other house. So it is just what you are looking for in terms of stay!
Do I have to pay rent to you or the manager?
When you have indicated a preference in which house you would like to stay and / or which rental car you want to rent, we will contact the manager. If available, we will put you in touch with the manager and you will conclude a contract with them and therefore also pay the rent and deposit.
If I am damaged or in an accident, who should I call?
When you have indicated a preference in which house you would like to stay and / or which rental car you want to rent, we will contact the manager. Very annoying if you drive damage or have an accident with the car, but this can of course happen. The most important thing is that you call ForenSys on 119. In the meantime, leave the car as it is, even if you block the entire road. They then come by in a van to take photos and draw up a damage report for the insurance. You will then receive a receipt that you can hand over to your car rental company. He or she will submit this to his insurance company. If you are insured with your car, your deposit may be withheld. This also applies to your deductible with an All Risk insurance. Always contact your car rental company if you have driven damage or have had an accident because they must inform the insurance!
